Dr. Jennifer Tomich grew up in Batavia Illinois.  She did her undergraduate work at Iowa State university in chemistry. With her love for Chicago she chose Illinois College of Optometry to get her doctorate. While at ICO she did two rotations one at a Veterans hospital in West Virginia getting much experience managing diseases of the eye.  Dr. Tomich also completed a primary care externship in Shaw air force base in South Carolina making sure the pilots had the best vision possible.

Following graduation she worked in Chicago going to public schools and nursing homes giving eye exams to people who did not have the opportunity to go to a doctors office and get the care they needed.  That was a very rewarding time of her career.

In 2003 she had the opportunity to start her own practice inside Costco Naperville.  She has been here ever since, getting connected and taking care of the people of Naperville and the surrounding areas.  She has excelled at fitting difficult to fit contact lens patients as well as managing eye disease.  She has experience in family eye care, including pediatric eye examination, adult eye care, treatment and management of ocular disease, contact lens fitting, and eye surgery co-management. Dr.Tomich strives to stay at the forefront of eye care.  If there is something she cannot help you with she has a vast referral network of specialists.

Dr. Tomich now resides in Naperville with her husband and two boys.  She loves watching her boys grow up in such a great community playing sports(Red Hawk Hockey!) and enjoying the beautiful downtown Naperville.  She keeps active with riding her bike, swimming and walking her dog.
